Phillip Cooley and Kate Bordine are two of the creative minds behind Ponyride, or organization that provides affordable space to artists in Detroit. The organization seeks to foster collaboration and entrepreneurial efforts among artists in an effort to show how the foreclosure crisis can have a positive impact on Detroit.
